In the south, these are known as Dixie Butterpeas. The pods are small with samll white almost round beans. It is a lima , but of the potato lima types, with a taste and texture quite different fom the white or green tinted baby limas. Easy to grow and great yields. Small pods make picking a pain. Taste falls between a baby lima and a white southern pea. Unique.
