Grew this variety in 2008 and only 1 plant made it and only 1 pepper--it was delicious. 2009 had 6 plants with moderate production but a cool season. 2010 (hot, hot) plants were very productive. Therefore, it is a heat loving plant with a delicious sweet flavor. Will plant more in 2011. |

This pepper produced well, and the fruit was very attractive. The plant says relatively small, so that I was able to space them about 15" oc. These peppers have very thick walls, and roasted really well because they don't have deep lobes. |

We start these early in the green house. We find them easy to grow and very flavorful.
They were very prolific this year and did not quit until the first frost.
For the best flavor be patient and let them turn red. They are not bad green, but only attain full flavor when deep red.
If neccessary they will ripen indoors after green picking. |
