Large peppery bell peppers. Plants are quite lovely and the Purple peppers really dress up anyone's garden. Steam 'em and they turn green. It's like science. |

I grew this variety in the 2005 season and wasn't impressed. The plant itself is attractive. The peppers in my opinion should only be eaten fresh in salads. The flavor when eaten fresh is strong. When either grilled or fried, they turn an ugly gray color and the flavor is disappears. I won't grow this variety again. |
