I grew up around these and love 'em! Very easy to grow, bugs never seem to mess with them and it's easy to overwinter seed for next years crop. Like most peppers they're good for canning, freezing or dehydrating to store any excess peppers ass/u/meing you don't give too many away to friends that are amazed by the black pepper!

I have grown this variety for two years. It grows like a deep purple/black jalapano with similar heat. A very nice showy variety that tastes good and is fairly productive.
