If you like Thai food, you need to grow this pepper. It's easy to grow and, even better, it's easy to dry. Just yank the whole plant and hang it in a dark, dry place that will not freeze, and has plenty air circulation. After they have dtried out, they can be stored at room temp, and will last for years. They can be wicked hot, but if you don't want that, don't grow them.

One of my favorite peppers (though the last few sources gave me something else!). It is good green, red, and dried, and is one of the earliest and most productive types in my garden. It is inteterminate, having peppers of different sizes and colors all over the 2' tall plant throughout the season.

This pepper is fantastic if you like heat. Not only does it have the heat, it also has a nice balance of flavors. I have dried it with excellent results for use in stir fries and chili. I have even made a hot sauce with these as a component. Everyone raves about the sauce. I have noted no problems with this variety other that it's production...I have had to pull the plant early due to it's volume of peppers produced. I love it.

Extremely hot. Great flavor, like a super hot cayenne and nothing like a habanero taste. Bushy plant bears edible pods early. Great for drying and stringing.
