I grew this for the first time this year. Sowed it 4/10. Tons of beautiful rossetes of little, soft, tender spinach leaves! The leaves are only about 3" long by 2" wide. They are very flat so it was really easy to wash off the sandy particles that stick in all the little leaf hairs. They tasted great fresh in salads and cooked. No bitter flavor. Have to plant the rows closer together next season, they can be easy grow 4" apart instead of 8-12"
