One of our top three garlics. Easy, reliable, delicious, and long keeping. Produces very large heads with very large cloves. Lovely stuff. This is our favourite garlic for eating raw, with a light and sprightly but not weak flavour. It cooks up fine too. A winner.

An excellent choice for both the home and commercial growers. Reliable, high yielding , good storing type. Won an informal taste test conducted by the Garlic Lady located in Brunswick, NY.

Interesting garlic, has a smoky smell when handled and an unusual taste, a very good taste. Does very well in NH winters. Up to 3.5" bulbs, medium to large cloves. Foliar fertilizer (fish/seaweed or kelp combo)

Easily outperforms other hardnecks I have grown, year after year.
