This is a very nice Porcelain with almost all bulbs having exactly 4 huge cloves. The average bulb size is medium, mostly 1.5" - 1.75", but the clove size and flavor make the bulb size completely irrelevant in my opinion. |

As the name suggests this is a spicy, full flavored garlic and becomes very sweet when cooked. Rather small sized heads that contributes to lower yields than may be experienced with other varities. |

This is a great garlic. Very strong garlic flavor, way hot eaten raw but mellows a liitle as it cooks. Produces huge bulbs with cloves 2"+ when it get lots of organic matter and is well tended |
