This is a beautiful, delicious bush bean. Described as oval but when you roll one between your fingers it has distinct sides, so it actually feels rectangular. If picked regularly the plants will keep producing till frost. They freeze very well. We plant a patch of Prince next to a patch of Masai which are much smaller plants and beans. Both varieties like the cool summers in our frosty mountain valley and produce bountifully. There are so many good beans available it seems this one is rather hard to find.
