I think it has more protein than other green flat beans. Because it was very good when I cooked with beef. It doesn't have excellent taste like smeraldo, but still the best flat bean by now that I found to cook with beef. It has ticker texture than smeraldo, but it is tender. Pole type, so it doesn't take so much place, keep producing until freeze kill them. I got the seeds from growitalian.com
