Description: Harvest and eat entire above ground portion of plant -- miniature white stalks, dark green leaves, and white-to-yellow flower buds -- when 3 to 4 inches tall just 3 to 4 weeks after planting. Grow in spring and fall. (Actually not a pak choy, but a similar crop.)
