Good germination in our late spring, smallish, thin roots that aren't particularly flavorful, but the youth at our garden loved the color.

Germination was was spotty, growth was spindly and the lower 2 inches so small that it was wasted. Not as sweet as most and almost bitter raw. Atomic reds are not horrible but there are plenty of carrots much better.
