There is a lot of confusion in the world of oriental greens. Nevertheless, I got these seeds from Stokes, as Mizuna Early. These are very easy to grow. Flea beetles can do a job on the young plants, so I've resorted to keeping them under row covers until they are well along. Young leaves can be used in salads, and the mature plants can either be sauteed in oil and garlic ,or boiled like mustard greens. If you don't like mustard greens, you probably won't like Mizuna.

I got from rareseeds.com, it doesn't say which variety, but it seems like it's early mizuna. Very easy to grow, I put some to the ground directly, some started at home. I think all the seeds made it. They grow fast. Slender light green serrated leaves. I don't pull the plants, just cut the big leaves. I mix with other salad greens, I don't know what else to do with it. It's tasty, first mild taste, in the end very slightly bitter taste, but doesn't bother.
