As dried peppers, this variety produced excellent paprika (tasty, mild, and brilliant orange). However they did not dry very nicely as ristas (most of the peppers got moldy inside, and had to be discarded). Production of fresh fruits was very good; but the poor drying characteristics brought the yield (of paprika) way down. |
