Description: Not a true dandelion but a variety of Chicorium intybus used in salads when small or cooked at maturity. Plants have tall, narrow, somewhat serrated, shiny green leaves with deep red veins. Harvest 30 to 35 days for baby leaves, 55 days mature. Also known as Catalogna.
