Only cantaloupe I have had luck at growing in semi-cool coastal influenced inland southern California climate. About 6 cantaloupes per plant, melons reached max size (which is small), and were sweet and juicy. Resisted powdery mildew and spider miters, but attracted cabbage loopers.
