Frost Free Season: 103 - 123 days
Soil Texture: Clay
Garden Size: Large - More than 1,600 square feet (40' x 40')
Sun Exposure: 6 to 8 hours per day

I grew about 12 plants in summer 2009. Heavy bearer, good tasting fruit. Plants need to be double staked as the amount and weight of fruit (7 to 10 oz. avg.) is too much for the determinate plant. Matured "late early" just before the mid-season plants. Will grow again. Would recommend for small spaces, reliability, taste. Grew out 4 plants in summer 2013 next to BHN 589 and Best Boy did not produce number or lbs of fruit that BHN 589 did. Best Boy also prone to blossom end rot. Dropping Best Boy for BHN 589.
