Sun Exposure: 6 to 8 hours per day

Nice big peppers for stuffing. The harvest is a bit more staggered than I'd like, so you have to plant a lot of plants if you're going to make Chiles Rellenos. No pest problems. You may need to support the plants, as the weight of the fruits may cause them to fall over, causing the nearly-ripe peppers to rot. I haven't attempted to dry or can them.
