Travis, Texas, United States
Frost Free Season: More than 203 days
Soil Texture: Clay
Garden Size: Small - Less than 400 square feet (20' x 20')
Sun Exposure: More than 8 hours per day

BEWARE - - you can't kill this stuff, and if even one plant is allowed to seed, it will invade every inch of your garden for years after you plant it. When small it's pretty tasty, but when the plants get larger they're unpleasantly sharp. There is a lot of tough stringy stem and a small amount of edible leaf. I suppose it's "reliable" since you can't kill it, eh?
