| 85 days. Did not impress me, although I have yet to try it baked. While the vines initially appeared to be vigorous, they seemed disease-prone, and struggled throughout the season. The immature pods are course & inedible, and the seeds as green shell are very difficult to remove; even the dry seeds were rather difficult to thresh out. The yield was fairly good in spite of these problems, and the seed is attractive & fairly large, 48 per ounce. If baked flavor proves to be good, I would bump this up to a 4 overall. |
