Very nice size and color. Easy to grow. Looks great in a salad. Makes a tasty slaw (if you don't mind the dressing turning pink).

The color is amazing. The flavor in not as mild as the savoy types I have grown. It is easy to grow... not quite as prone to cabbage worms as green types and the worms are easier to spot & squish. It stores well and makes great fried cabbage.
