I used to hate Roma tomatoes due to blossom end rot until this one. I have sandy soil in my garden and this is the only Roma that has no blossom end rot issues in my garden. I use them in my salsa baskets that I sell at market. Yield is pretty heavy for the first wave and then more as the season follows. Does have some disease issues later in the season. For me they reach about 3 feet to maybe four in height so a strong sturdy store bought cage usually works for them. They do have a tendency to drop from the vine but this is not an issue for me. Flavor is great in salsa and also cooked.

This is a very productive little plant, with bunches of large plum sized paste tomatoes coming in waves all season. The taste is good, better cooked than raw as usual with paste tomatoes. The tomatoes are very small for a paste tomato, and the skins are rather tough, which made peeling them a chore. For sauce etc, I will stick to larger tomatoes. However, these are a very nice size for canning whole. They did come out a little more fragile and juicy than I expected when canned whole, but on the whole (har) they were fine.
