This seeds for this tomato variety was provided to the CCE by Cornell in conjunction with its Tomato Blight Education program. We planted these large, bushy plants in early June; they started producing grape-shaped tomatoes in mid-July, started ripening by the end of July, and grew beautiful and tasty ripe fruit until early October when we began to shut down the garden. These tomatoes were very tasty, especially right off of the vine, as well as in salads, and according to our Master Garden volunteers, also in sauces. We definitely plan to grow these again this year. The plant stayed healthy throughout the season; no sign of pests or disease. Our biggest problem was keeping the ripened fruit picked.

an easy to grow large producer. Tomatoes were great when picked fresh from the garden.

Cherry Roma is an indescribably delicious grape tomato... better than all of the hybrid grape tomatoes that I have grown. It is a healthy, fast-growing, heirloom plant that produces an abundance of superbly-flavored grape tomatoes. I purchased my seeds from Knapps Fresh Vegies.
