I planted these in spring 2010, and re-planted the saved spring seeds in the fall. The taste was good, but the vines were slower than average to mature. The spring crop continued to produce peas even after hot weather set in. The fall crop germinated quickly (July), but were slow to mature in July and August. The fall crop was sparse. Of all the varieties I've planted, I've always had better yields in spring, but rarely had a good fall crop. |

I grow these along my chain link fence in poor soil, uncared for and they still grow and produce. I'm sure yield would be higher if they were care for better. The taste is very good, though not the best I've ever had. I chose to grow this variety though because of how well they do in less than ideal conditions. |
