Good flavoured, 3\" well-filled pods grow in pairs. An early pea, determinate, at the start of really hot weather will taper off a lot, but after churning out tons of peas for about 3 weeks to a month. Pods are thin and peas fill in well - you don\'t find yourself picking inflated but empty pods as with some peas. You can always tell when they are perfect to pick.
