"True Lemon" is the same cultivar as "Lemon", both which are listed here. Someone should consolidate these entries.

The heirloom lemon cucumber is a round, pale yellow cucumber with a juicy, large seed cavity. It produces very little usable flesh. I grew it in part shade among squash vines, and it still produced a number of cucumbers. Unfortunately, I found the shape and small amount of flesh unhelpful for canning or slicing.
