85 days in north-east Wisconsin. Probably the most reliable pole lima for the North. Fairly good cool-soil germination, and very tolerant of cool weather in late summer / early autumn. Vigorous, well-branched vines to 8-10 feet, longer in hot years. Flowers very heavily over a long period, a good bee plant. Pods contain 2-4 small ivory-white seeds. Green-shell flavor sweet but unremarkable, only OK as a butterbean, but good in soups & succotash. Heavy yielding.

A great pole baby lima. Beans are similar in size shape and taste to Henderson\\\'s Bush Baby Lima. Very prolific,
