From 2 plants I got about 3 melons, one of which was rotted. The other 2 had dense deep orange flesh, fine texture and refreshing high-quality taste, though not very sweet. Still I liked it better than the supermarket melons. Again, due to its susceptibility to rotting on the ground, recommend using straw or plastic to protect the developing fruit.
