One of the best trellis cucmbers that I have ever raised. Very erect stature. Good aggressive grower, first fruit at about 70 days. This type of cumber tends to be watery, so must be careful not to over-water the plants. Cucumbers at 6-7 inch stage are white to light green, very edible at this stage, have a unique peppery flavor with good crunch. Beyond this stage, will grow to 12-14 inches, turning an orange brown color with russet ting. Cucumber never turns a red color. Will grow again and sample more for flavor at advanced stages.
