Excellent choice, both as an ornamental and edible garden pole yard long bean, 12-16 inches. Flower is snow white with delicate maroon lines under pistal. Needs trellis at least 8 feet tall. foliage to seed ratio, 1:1, 55-60 days to first beans. Called mosaic, because pods are purple, red and green, hence have a mosaic appearence. Have grown bean since 2003, first seed line not very productive, but have a new seed selection that is highly productive, and will be available from amishland seeds in 2010.
