Grew this variety for many years, but has celery-type flavor that I do not care for, will not grow again.

Very good tasting but yield was poor and died young for me in Northern VA. Other pinks like Caspian Pink and Brandywine have done much better for me.

a fine tomato but I liked Brandywine better since they are the same sort: large, pink fleshed beefsteak. It is a smaller plant than Brandywine which some people may prefer but I thought Brandywine had a sweeter richer taste.
