Very sweet, exceptionally crisp flesh. Not prone to cracking. Acceptable yeilds in Zone 4 (Vermont), outstanding yeilds in East Central Florida. The best watermelon I have ever tasted. Highly recommended.
In the north, pinch off vine ends after 2-3 melons form to allow plant to put energy into maturing the melons. In the souh, they will keep growing and producing. |
