We have a very hard time with cauliflower. This is one of only a few varieties that have done well for us. They are nice, neat and attractive plants and the cauliflower is delicious - like the looks, a cross between caulflower and broccoli (which is what it is, after all). Moreover, it holds on the plant fairly well. Much less attractive to bugs than most other brassicas, although a soak in cold salt water before cooking is still recommended. Time to maturity was a lot closer to 90 days than 60 for us though.
