An interesting cultivar, that only shares part of its name with Porto Rico. The plant is small with cut leaves. Potato is yellow skin with yelowflesh, fairly light in color. Not as sweet as Porto Rico, but overall has a better texture and flavor. Much more uniform roots for baking. Good yields.
