Nufar has much greater resistance to fusarium wilt than the other varieties of basil we grow. |

Nufar Basil is a large-leaf Italian basil that is disease resistant. We've had a long, prolific harvest, with no sign yet of bolting. Its mild, sweet flavor is excellent for eating fresh as a salad green and making pesto. Johnny's sells the seeds pelleted and unpelleted. We've had excellent germination from the pelleted seeds. |
