Now our favorite chard, even better than Verde a costa bianca. Far better than spinach, which it strongly resembles.

Sun Exposure: More than 8 hours per day

Excellent taste. Easy to grow. Takes up less space than the thicker-ribbed chards, so the plants can be spaced closer together (12-15"). Ribs are less prone to brown spots than the white-ribbed chard.
