Wake, North Carolina, United States
Frost Free Season: 183 - 203 days
Soil Texture: Clay
Garden Size: Small - Less than 400 square feet (20' x 20')
Sun Exposure: 6 to 8 hours per day

I have tried this two seasons with no luck. Bed germination and then what did grow would not get above a puny size. I tried both in the early spring and then in late summer and could not get a yield from this plant although other lettuces did well in the fall.
