This was the slowest growing komatsuna I have ever grown, both in spring and fall. Flavor was as good as other varieties, and I never had any bolting, but it was just very small. I guess it could be grown closer, to get more yield, since the color is nice. Not as cold resistant as other varieties, either, as it seemed to grow even slower in the fall, and didn't reach the spring size in the cold. |
