Winnebago, Wisconsin, United States
Frost Free Season: 143 - 163 days
Soil Texture: Loam
Garden Size: Large - More than 1,600 square feet (40' x 40')
Sun Exposure: More than 8 hours per day

Dwarf bushes, 16-18" tall, no lodging. In my climate, took far longer to mature than the posted DTM; 90 days to edamame, 105 days to dry. The seed is very large (90 per ounce dry) and has good flavor, but the yield is only fair. Can be spaced more closely than most edamame soybeans, due to its more compact habit. Very poor germination initially, much better the second year from saved seed.
