Sun Exposure: Less than 6 hours per day

I have tried white sweet potatoes (not sure which variety) from starts given to me for 2 years in a row. I get beautiful top growth but very small or no potatoes. On the other hand my beauregards were great. I'm staying with the orange variety this coming season.
