Richmond, Georgia, United States

Soil Texture: Sand
Garden Size: Large - More than 1,600 square feet (40' x 40')

This is a large pink beefsteak that grew here but struggled. Tomatoes are similar to the pink Ponderosa, irregular with lots of catfacing. Low yield under my conditions, which includes lot of tomato diseases as well as nematodes. Many "heirlooms" never survive to producing age.
