Grew this for the first time this year. Unfortunately we got hit really hard by cucumber beetles and they destroyed my plants. But we did get 1 squash off them. I harvested as a Summer squash. We treated it as we would zucchini. We made zucchini bread, and grilled it. In both cases it was much better tasting and had a much better texture than zucchini. I will grow it again next year.
