Uniform size and really good handles makes a nice product. Mine were mostly 10 to 15 lb, 11 to 13 inches in diameter.
The PM resistance makes a huge difference for keeping the leaves on: the fruit ripen better, handles don't whither, and late weeds don't take off at the end of the season before harvest.
The vines don't run as much as other pumpkins, so it does not take over the whole garden. It could be planted on a 5 x 4 foot spacing without causing trouble. The seed is pricy, but the benefits for a gardener are really worth it.
