In this bad climate, having many many red peppers really means a lot! Lots of peppers, more were coming, but frost also came, too. I cut them half, discarded the seeds and white veins at the inside walls that seeds were attached, then froze them. After awhile, while I was cleaning them, my eyes started to cry. Later, I washed my hands many times with soap, but my fingers still burned my lips when I touched by mistake. But when I chopped up the frozen peppers and added to the sauces, it was not hot at all. Then I learned that seeds and white veins were hot, red walls not hot. Next year, I'll dry some of them. But it is delicious, good texture. They are long, have curl, not very slim, actually kind a fat looking peppers. Turn to red pretty fast. so, it's good for bad climates, too. Germination rate was %100.
