This was, by far, my best performer this year. Outstanding yield with a full sized second crop. One of the best tasting melons I\'ve ever grown. If you have limited space and want a full sized melon, look no further. I gave away a number of greystones, and every person that got one raved about how fantastic the melons were. Greystone will be a permanent fixture in my melon patch. This is a top five melon.

Very early melon with maturity matching icebox melons. Heavy Crown set averaging 4 melons per vine, uniform in size and shape, averaging about 22 lbs. Set is heavier than Crest. Heavier yields than Charleston Grey especially the early crown set. Good flavor and texture but no match for the Crimson Sweet/ Allsweet derivatives.in sweetness.
