Hybrid. Galia melons are crosses of honeydews and cantaloupes. Vines bear about 5.5 pound fruit with a netted rind and a green to ivory flesh. Resistant to Powdery Mildew and Fusarium Wilt Race 0, 1 and 2. About 85 days to maturity.

This is a large Galia type. Comparable to Passport, but less tendency to crack. Earliest ripening Galia type I am growing this year and the most productive at early set. |
