| Canary melon. New variety from Johnny's (replaces Sugar Nut). My first time planting this type. By mid-August I had 2 plants yield 3 undamaged 2-3 pound melons. Smaller and earlier than standard canary melons, Excellent taste, very sweet, not high yield. Also we had exceptionally hot, dry and sunny weather this summer. Will definitely plant again. |
