Description: Citrullus lanatus. Watermelon. Vines produce a large, oblong shape dark green with indistinct stripes fruit that has a very thick rind and pink flesh with white and tan seeds. About 90 to 100 days to maturity from seed. This variety was originally developed by J. Palmer Schochler of Rusk, Texas in the 1920's.
