This was not an optimum year for cucumbers here. Olympian did ok, but did not compete well with Talladega or General Lee

Olympian proved to be an outstanding performer under organic gardening conditions in an environment plagued with cucumber beetles. I had stopped growing cucumbers for a couple of years because of problems with bacterial wilt spread by beetles. Last year with Olympian I had no wilt problems at all. Yields were huge nearly until frost. For disease resistance alone, this is an excellent variety.
