Strong thick stalks, that grew quickly to about 7 feet with bi-color blooms colored yellow to burnt orange and pale red with dark centers. The bees were really working the flower heads all season long. The stalks were strong enough to support Haudenosaunee Skunk Bean, only tilting over in September. Give these flowers plenty of room.

We should have started these earlier for the \'3 sisters" plan. Once they started they grew well. Nice variety.

Pretty flowers, some yellow, some reddish. The bees loved them. Plants grew tall and flopped over--no support for squash or beans. Maybe the area had too much shade.

Wow, really beautiful and sturdy. Grew really tall, beans climbed up nicely, flower colors were pretty. Saved the seed heads for the birds.\r\nWould recommend for use as a trellis.

This variety of Sunflower is HUGE, so be sure you have plenty of space, both height and width. The main stem (more like a trunk) was 2 to 3 inches in diameter. The four plants all grew rapidly and produced many flowers. However, all the plants were severely damaged by a worm (sorry, we didn\'t diagnose it specifically). Two of the four plants collapsed; eaten from the inside out. We were grateful we didn\'t use the plant as a trellis for our skunk beans, or we would have lost our bean crop when the Sunflower plants collapsed.

Very attractive sunflowers that produced a plethora of flowers in late summer. Our plants started out with bold colored flowers but as the season progressed, the later flowers were a pale gold in color.
